Kream is a 2-in-1 cleanser and wash-off mask. The cream is whipped for hours into ultra-fine particles, so it lathers into a soft, cloud-like foam that lifts makeup, sunscreen and excess sebum in a single wash — no double cleansing needed.
What makes it different is the ratio: more than half of the formula is made of skincare ingredients rather than plain surfactants. So your skin is being treated while it's being cleaned, instead of just stripped. Leave a thicker layer on for 60 seconds and the same product works as a mask.
Is it safe to use?
Yes. Every formula is pH-balanced, 100% vegan and made without parabens, sulfates or silicones, and complies with European cosmetics regulation (EC 1223/2009).
For external use on the face only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes, and rinse with clear water if that happens. As with any new skincare product, if you have a known allergy or a reactive skin condition, do a patch test on your inner forearm before the first full use.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
It's built for it. The mildly acidic pH works with your skin barrier instead of stripping it, and the whipped texture contains no scrubbing particles and no harsh foaming agents — which is usually what leaves skin tight and uncomfortable after washing.
If your skin is very reactive, start with the 30-second cleanse before trying the 60-second mask, and check the full ingredient list for anything you already know you react to.
How long do the results last?
Skin feels soft and comfortable immediately after the first wash — that part is instant. The visible changes, like a smoother texture, clearer pores and a more even glow, build up with regular use, generally over two to four weeks.
Like any cleanser, it's a routine step rather than a one-off treatment: the results hold for as long as it stays part of your routine.
Can I use it with other products?
Absolutely. Kream is the first step of your routine — cleanse, then follow with your usual toner, serum and moisturiser. Applied on clean skin, it also prepares the skin to absorb whatever comes next.
If you use strong actives such as retinol or high-concentration acids, we'd simply suggest keeping the 60-second mask for the evenings you're not layering them, to avoid overloading your skin.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours. Delivery then takes 2 to 4 working days in France and 3 to 6 working days elsewhere in Europe.

How to use the cleanser
As a daily cleanser: scoop out a fingertip-sized amount, lather it between wet hands, then massage over damp skin in circular motions for about 30 seconds. Rinse with lukewarm water.
As a 60-second mask: apply a thicker layer over dry skin, leave it on for 1 minute, then add a little water and massage until it lathers before rinsing.
Use morning and evening. It removes makeup and SPF in one step, so no double cleansing is needed.
